Ingredients

Two 750-milliliter bottles rose wine
4 cups chopped assorted pink fruits (dragon fruit, watermelon, cherries, grapefruit, apple, strawberries)
3/4 cup raspberry liqueur
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Italian lemon liqueur

Steps:

Combine the rose, fruit, raspberry liqueur and lemon liqueur in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Serve over ice.

1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier)
2 cups white cranberry juice
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
355 ml Sprite (or other citrus flavoured soft drinks)
ice cube

Steps:

In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the soft drink and ice cubes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add the soft drink and ice just before serving.
