- Select saute setting on a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker and adjust for high heat; add 2 Tbsp. olive oil. In batches, brown the pork on all sides. Remove and set aside. , Add remaining oil to pressure cooker; saute onion for 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add next 11 ingredients. Transfer meat to pressure cooker. Pour in broth and red wine; bring to a light boil. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust pressure to high and set time for 35 minutes. When finished cooking, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick-release any remaining pressure. , Discard bay leaves. Remove meat from pressure cooker; shred or pull apart, discarding bones. Return meat to sauce. Serve over pasta; if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. , Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the tomatoes, green pepper, onion, carrots, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until bubbly. Serve with spaghetti. Freeze option: Do not cook spaghetti. Freeze meat sauce in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. - Turn instant pot to saute mode on high. Once pot is HOT, brown sausage and beef Once it starts to brown and crumble, add mushrooms and onions and continue to cook & stir for 5 minutes, or so. Stir in minced garlic the last minute. Turn pot to off.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, parsley, basil, and red pepper. Put the lid on and make sure the valve is turned to the sealed position. Set the pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Once it is finished, allow to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before quick release.
