8 cups loosely packed chopped iceberg lettuce
1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 small tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

  • Layer lettuce, onions, peas and ham in large straight-sided clear glass bowl.
  • Mix mayo, Parmesan and sugar; spread over salad to seal. Refrigerate several hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Top with cheddar and tomatoes just before serving; toss gently.

2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups fresh baby spinach (about 6 ounces)
6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1/2 pound sliced fully cooked ham, cut into strips
4 cups torn iceberg lettuce (about 1/2 head)
2-1/2 cups frozen petite peas (about 10 ounces), thawed, optional
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese, cut into strips
1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • For dressing, mix first five ingredients. In a 3-qt. or larger glass bowl, layer spinach, eggs, ham, lettuce, peas, if desired, and onion. Spread with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 carrots, shredded (about 1 cup)
2 pkg. (9 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
2 cups chopped lettuce
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

Steps:

  • Mix dressing, basil and pepper until blended. Pour 1/4 cup dressing mixture on bottom of large glass bowl.
  • Top with layers of shredded carrots and half each of the meat, cheese, lettuce and onions. Repeat layers.
  • Top with avocado. Spoon 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing over avocado. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour remaining dressing over salad just before serving.

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 can corn
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 -1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Combine potatoes, ham, cheese, corn and onion.
  • Blend remaining ingredients together; Season to taste taking into account the saltiness of the ham and cheddar.
  • Stir dressing carefully into salad.
  • Chill thoroughly.

1 cup butter
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons dried onion
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 (12 ounce) packages hawaiian rolls, If you can't find these, we've used potato rolls as well
1 lb deli ham (or leftover ham)
24 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • In saucepan, mix butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce & mustard, stir until blended and melted. Pour 1/2 of mixture into bottom of baking dish.
  • Assemble sandwiches with ham and cheese slices. Arrange rolls in single layer in baking dish, spreading them around to soak up suace in pan. Pour rest of sauce over tops of sandwiches, cover dish and refrigeragte up to 24 hours for sauce to soak inches.
  • Preheat oven in 350 degrees, bake rolls for 15-20 minutes, uncovered until rolls are lghtly browned and cheese is melted.
