Steps:
- Pulse the bacon and garlic in a food processor until coarsely ground.
- Combine the ground pork, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and the sage in a large bowl. Add the bacon mixture and gently mix with your hands. Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then lightly press into 4-inch-wide, 1-inch-thick patties. Make a 2-inch-wide indentation in the center of each with your thumb to prevent the burgers from bulging when grilled.
- Preheat a grill to medium high. Season the patties with pepper. Grill, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm, 4 to 6 more minutes. Meanwhile, spread the cut sides of the buns with butter and toast on the grill.
- Serve the patties on the buns; top with coleslaw.

QUICK AND EASY PORK BURGERS
Well, I made these up using our favorite ingredients. Ground pork is sometimes less expensive than ground beef. We have also had this with ground turkey and ground chicken. Everyone who has had them says that they are moist and flavorful. They are also easy to make! I usually make 4, we eat 2 and I freeze 2 to cook later. Enjoy! Let me know what you think of these :) .

DANISH BREADED PORK PATTIES
This traditional dish is in Danish called Karbonader or sometimes Krebinetter. I have always called them Krebinetter. However, I must confess after having searched around the internet I think the most common name for this dish is Karbonader. The word Karbonader can't be translated into English but they can be called Danish Breaded Pork Patties. I am not sure if this dish was originally invented in Denmark. However, it has always been a popular and traditional dish on the Danish dinner table.

Steps:
- 1. Start by dividing the meat into 5 portions of about 100 g each (or 1/5 lb each) and shape them into circular thick patties. 2. In a deep plate; beat the egg together with the water. 3. In a second plate; mix the bread crumbs together with salt and pepper. 4. Now dip the pork patties in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Make sure the entire patty is covered with breadcrumbs. One time should be enough but if you like a thicker layer of breading - then repeat this step one more time. 5. On a frying pan; add the butter and fry the breaded pork patties for about 5-8 minutes. Flip them over from time-to-time.

Steps:
- Make the ground pork mixture: Using your hands to combine, mix together the pork, saltines, onion, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fry the patties: Lightly brush a large, nonstick frying pan with vegetable oil. Heat the pan on medium high. Divide the pork mixture into 8 equal portions. Working in batches, drop each portion into the hot pan, spacing them as not to crowd the pan. Pat them down with the back of a spoon to form them into patties. Cook the patties, turning once, for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve the pork burgers with Dijon mustard.

SPICY PORK PATTIES
These are so easy to put together. Make them as spicy as you like, we used a very hot chili, and hot curry paste, but you could tone it down if you wanted. Make them into 12 little patties for appetizers, or 4 large for dinner (cook longer). Serve with a thai dipping sauce, or a cucumber raita.

GREEK SALAD WITH SPICED PORK PATTIES PLUS RED PEPPER HUMMUS, FETA & CREAMY VINAIGRETTE
There's a reason why Elaine craved a big salad on Seinfeld. A small one just isn't satisfying enough. That's why we crafted this Greek salad to have lots of goodies in generous portions. There are the usual suspects: crisp romaine, juicy tomato, and cool cukes. But we top the bowl with juicy pork patties made with feta and seasoned with our Turkish spice blend so they're packed with flavor. We also add hummus and more feta to the salad, and dress it with a creamy Greek vinaigrette. All-in-all, it's an Elaine-worthy salad!

Steps:
- • Wash and dry produce. • Dice tomato into ½-inch pieces. Trim and quarter cucumber lengthwise; slice crosswise into ½-inch-thick pieces. Trim and thinly slice scallions, separating whites from greens; mince whites. Trim and discard root end from lettuce; chop leaves into 1-inch pieces.
- • In a medium bowl, gently combine pork*, scallion whites, half the Turkish Spice (all for 4 servings), ¼ of the feta, salt (we used ½ tsp; 1 tsp for 4), and pepper. • Form into six 1½-inch meatballs (12 meatballs for 4). TIP: Coat hands with cold water first to prevent sticking.
- • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs; gently press down with a spatula to make ½-inch-thick patties. (TIP: Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to work in batches.) Cook until browned and cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side.
- • In a small bowl, toss tomato and cucumber with a pinch of salt and pepper. • In a separate small bowl, combine Greek vinaigrette and sour cream. Slowly drizzle in 1 TBSP olive oil (2 TBSP for 4 servings), whisking continuously. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- • In a large bowl, toss lettuce and scallion greens with dressing to taste. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- • Divide salad between bowls. Arrange patties, tomato and cucumber, hummus, and remaining feta on top in separate sections. Drizzle any remaining dressing over patties and serve.
