PIZZA STIX
An easy, awesome snack for kids or adults alike!! Very quick and easy to make. Perfect for birthday parties, New Year's Eve and especially the BIG GAME!! Omit the garlic for MUCH better breath :) All ingredients are very versatile; use them for tomorrow's dinner!

Steps:
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers one at a time. Place one piece of string cheese in the center near the edge, then arrange some pepperoni, sliced mushrooms and garlic around the cheese. Roll up the string cheese a little, fold in the sides, then continue to roll up, and seal the edge by moistening with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers, cheese and fillings.
- Heat oil in a large heavy skillet, or deep fryer to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). Fry enough to fit loosely in the pan, turning once after about 5 minutes. Continue to fry for 3 to 5 more minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Warm the marinara sauce in a serving bowl in the microwave. Serve Pizza Stix on a platter with the bowl of sauce for dipping.

GRILLED PIZZA ON A STICK

- Put the olive oil in a small saucepan with the oregano, garlic and a pinch of salt. Warm over medium heat just until the garlic turns golden, then turn off the heat and let steep while you prepare the dough.
- Preheat an outdoor grill over medium heat.
- Unroll the pizza dough and roll it out by about 1 inch in either direction. Slice into 6 equal pieces. Stretch and press each piece into an approximately 11-by-2-inch rectangle. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mozzarella down the center of each rectangle, then fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the seams to seal, making 6 cheese-filled dough "tubes."
- Thread each tube onto a skewer like a snake, alternating after every turn with a slice of pepper and a folded slice of pepperoni. Lay the pizza sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush all over with the garlic-oregano oil.
- Grill the pizza skewers uncovered, turning every couple of minutes so that all sides make contact with the grill, until the dough is fully cooked, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve with warm marinara sauce on the side.

Steps:
- Separate and unroll breadsticks.
- Place 3 pepperoni slices in single layer over one half of each breadstick.
- Fold remaining half of breadstick over top; seal end and twist.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Combine cheese, italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle evenly over each breadstick.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with pizza sauce.

PIZZA STICKS
I was looking for something quick that my kids would enjoy for lunch. I came across this recipe at the allrecipes website. You could use hamburger, Canadian bacon, any pizza topping you want. I let me kids come in and they helped create their pizza sticks and I did the cooking part. The recipe says to deep fry, but I try to keep the fat content down a bit in the house so we baked them in oven after spraying with a little olive oil cooking spray to add a bit of crispness. Cooking time includes baking time. Only 5 min. cooking time if you are frying.

- Preheat the oven to 400° F (or temperature indicated on your pizza dough instructions).
- Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut into even rectangles, between 8 and 14, depending on how big you want them.
- Layer with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
- Roll up and tuck the seams to seal. Place on a baking sheet seam side down.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, as indicated on pizza dough instructions, until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, salt, and parsley. Saute for 1 minute. Brush warm pizza sticks with garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Air Fryer Method: Follow the instructions above for putting the pizza sticks together. Then place in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, until dough is golden brown. Remove from air fryer, brush with garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
