Ingredients

3 ounces coconut seltzer
2 ounces pineapple vodka
Juice of 1/2 lime, plus 1 lime wheel for garnish

Steps:

In an ice-filled glass, add the seltzer, vodka and lime juice; stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1 small bunch mint
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup dark rum
1/2 to 1 cup ginger ale
Ice

Steps:

In a large pitcher, muddle the mint and sugar together to bruise the mint and release its flavor. Add in the crushed pineapple and its juice along with the rum. Top off the spritz with ginger ale, to taste. Stir and serve in glasses filled with ice.

3 ounces (2 jiggers) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Chilled seltzer or club soda
1 lime slice for garnish

In a tall glass combine the rum , the pineapple and lime juices, and 4 ice cubes. Fill the glass with the seltzer and stir the drink. Garnish it with the lime slice.
