ORANGE PINA COLADA
This orange pina colada tastes refreshingly good, and you'll surely taste the alcohol in it. It isn't creamy as most pina coladas. Still, it is perfect for a hot summer day!

Steps:
- In case you are using fresh oranges, squeeze them and add the juice to a blender.
- Add all other ingredients to the blender and blend until your drink has a smooth texture.
- Pour the drink into a hurricane glass.
- (Optional) Garnish with a slice of orange or some orange zest.
- Enjoy your drink!

ORANGE COLADA FROM THE VIRGIN ISLANDS
Rum combined with pineapple,orange juice and pina colada mix takes you back to the salty seas of the caribbean. If Cruzan orange rum is not in your budget (like mine), use dark rum with 1 tsp. orange zest. A bit sweet, so some of us would like to add another 2 oz. of rum, your call. - In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, oranges, egg whites and applesauce on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - In a 2-qt. pitcher, combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut and rum. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. For each serving, add a generous cup of rum mixture and 1 cup ice to a blender. - In a blender container or food processor bowl combine cream of coconut, undrained pineapple, orange juice, and rum. (If using a food processor, process only half of all the ingredients at a time.)
- Cover; blend or process until nearly smooth.
- Pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf dish or a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cover; freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
- Break sherbet into pieces.
- Place sherbet, about half at a time, in a blender container or food processor bowl.
- Cover; blend or process until fluffy. (Or, place in a chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.)
- Return pineapple mixture to pan.
- Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
