2 (15 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  • Mix pineapple juice and dry instant vanilla pudding together and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, bananas & marshmallows together.
  • Gently fold in pudding mixture.
  • Lastly, fold in cool whip.
  • Cover and refrigerate.

1 tablespoon honey
1-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar

6 cups torn romaine
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut slices in half; set aside. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and reserved pineapple juice; shake well. , Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4 teaspoons sweet relish
2 (16 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon Cajun pepper
2 pounds iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup bay leaves

Steps:

  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and relish. Mix well until it becomes a nice pastel color.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together pineapple and Cajun pepper.

1/4 cup reduced-fat margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Artificial sweetener equivalent to 2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups chopped apples
2 cups green grapes
2 teaspoon poppy seeds
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple juice into a saucepan. Add margarine and lemon juice; cook over medium heat until margarine is melted. 1 apple, peeled cored and cut into chunks
