Categories     Appetizers & Snacks

Time 1h15m

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 (8 oz. each) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped dill pickle spears
1 1/2 c. chopped fully-cooked ham
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
7 taco-sized flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, onion powder, and pepper. Fold in chopped pickles and ham until well combined.
  • Divided mixture evenly between the 7 tortillas. Spread pickle mixture into an even layer on each tortilla, leaving about a 1/2-inch border along the edge. Roll up tightly.
  • Wrap each pickle roll-up in plastic wrap (or, place all pickle roll-ups on a plate and cover with plastic wrap). Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Unwrap each pickle roll-up and slice into 1-inch rounds.
  • Use a serrated knife to slice the roll-ups for the nicest, cleanest cuts.
  • These are best enjoyed the day they are made. They can absolutely be made ahead and refrigerated overnight or for several days before serving, just be aware the tortilla does soften as they sit.
