Here's what you need: peppermint leaves, hibiscus flower, rosehip, hot water

1 cup peppermint leaves, dried
½ cup hibiscus flower, dried
½ cup rosehip, dried
hot water, for steeping

Steps:

  • Combine the peppermint leaves, rosehips, and hibiscus flowers. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
  • To brew, steep 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend in 8 ounces (240 ml) of hot water for 5 minutes. Serve warm or over ice.
  • Enjoy!

3 cups water
3 cups milk
6 -8 black tea bags
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or a mashed, small chunk of fresh ginger)

Steps:

  • Bring water and milk to a boil. Add other ingredients; return to boil. Turn off.
  • heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer. Good hot or cold.
  • This can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.

4 cups water
1 tablespoon cardamom pod
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick (3 inches long)
4 peppermint tea bags or 4 teaspoons loose peppermint tea
pure maple syrup
vanilla soymilk or plain soymilk

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the water and spices.
  • Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and add the peppermint tea. Cover the pan and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes; the longer you leave it, the stronger the tea will be.
  • Strain out the spices and tea. Serve immediately, letting each person add syrup and soy milk to their taste.
