2 cups (1 pint) Whipping Cream
1 3.56 oz. box White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
2 heaping tablespoons of Peanut Powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Decorating Bags
Wilton 2D Decorating Tip
Mixer

Steps:

  • Add the Peanut Powder, powdered sugar and the salt together and mix with a spoon until they are fully combined.
  • Add Whipping Cream mixture to a chilled mixing bowl.
  • Turn mixer on high.
  • Mix until soft peaks form.
  • Add Powdered Sugar mixture.
  • Mix at high speed.
  • Just before you get to stiff peaks add White Chocolate Pudding Mix.
  • On slow speed, mix whipping cream and pudding.
  • When it starts to come together, stop mixer and scrape down sides.
  • Check to make sure the pudding hasn't clumped on the bottom.
  • Fold mixture a couple of times with a spoon.
  • Turn mixer back on for just a few revolutions.
  • DO NOT OVERMIX.

  • For the hot milk chocolate: Combine the half-and-half and milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. 1/2 pt heavy whipping cream
4 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
4 Tbsp vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp peanut butter

Steps:

  • 1. Pour in the heavy whipping cream with the vanilla and confectioner's sugar. Stir until combined and don't mind the lumps those will disappear shortly.
  • 2. Pour in the vanilla pudding powder and stir until combined. Add the peanut butter and stir until you reach your desired consistency. Don't overdo it because it will stiffen up quickly.
  • 3. Frost your cakes, cupcakes, cookies.. you name it! Recipe is simple with few ingredients so it will be easy to double the recipe, or even triple it.
