Steps:
- place all items in large bowl and mix until well blended, will become a sticky thick dough. if feel you need to add more water, add a tablespoon at a time. Seperate dough into 4 separate parts, i measure about 1/3 each. Place seperated dough on saran wrap and mold into a bar shape. Then just stick em in fridge or freezer. They taste way better cold and are not as sticky -- have great flavor! I'm trying to come up with other ways and ideas of how to make these even yummier.

- In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla together until smooth. Add in ground flaxseed meal and protein powder of choice. Use a spoon to mix together until you can’t anymore, then use clean hands to help work together. The batter should be similar to cookie dough.
- Make the chocolate layer by adding 2.5 ounces of dark chocolate to a small saucepan and melting until completely smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and tilt the pan so that the chocolate covers the peanut butter layer entirely.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour before slicing into 10 bars or squares (either works but I love squares the most). Store covered in the fridge until ready to eat. Bars will keep for up to two weeks.

- Beginning with coconut oil, place all ingredients except for coconut flour in a saucepan (we love Xtrema), and place on medium heat on the stovetop. Stir until liquid has thinned, and ingredients are thoroughly mixed together (this should take around 5 minutes).
- Pour mixture into a parchment lined baking sheet or cake pan (I suggest around 14×10 inch for fudge that is easy to bite through).

- Line a pan with parchment: Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. I like to use binder clips on each side to keep the parchment in place.
- Melt dark chocolate: Place chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth. It will likely take 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). You can also use a double-boiler to melt your chocolate if desired.
- Add peanut butter: Quickly add peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir until completely combined.
- Transfer to loaf pan: Pour peanut butter chocolate mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large, rimmed baking sheet (11X17-inches) with nonstick cooking spray (see note for other pan size variations).
- For the peanut butter cookie dough, in a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy, 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for another 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until combined. Stir in the dry ingredients until no dry streaks remain.
- Reserve about 2 1/2 cups of the dough (20-25 ounces) and set aside. Press the rest of the cookie dough in the bottom and into the corners of the prepared pan.
