Peachy Keen Slush With Alcohol Food

PEACHY KEEN SLUSH

Steps:

• In medium saucepan, combine sugar and 2 cups of the water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
• In large nonmetal freezer container, combine concentrates, remaining 3 cups water, the schnapps and lemon juice; blend well. Stir in sugar mixture. Cover; freeze at least 8 hours or overnight until frozen, stirring 2 or 3 times after 2 hours.
• To serve, spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each glass. Add about 1/3 cup ginger ale to each; stir gently.

PEACH SLUSH RECIPE

Steps:

• Peel peaches by pouring boiling water over the peaches for 30 sec. or peel with a paring knife.
• Chop peaches into chunks and put in a blender or food processor.
• Add Water and Lime Juice and blend until smooth in consistency.
• Pour into a 9×13 pan and freeze in freezer for one to two hours.
• Stir a few times so that it does not freeze into a solid block.
• Stir and whip it up with a fork so it has a nice slushy consistency.
• Serve immediately in a cold dish.
• Makes 2 smaller servings.

PEACHY-KEEN SMOOTHIES

Steps:

• Puree the peaches, cottage cheese, milk, honey, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, the nutmeg and 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Divide among glasses and sprinkle with more nutmeg.

PEACH SCHNAPPS SLUSH

Steps:

• In a saucepan, mix the sugar and 2 cups water.
• Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
• Let cool and mix with the next 5 ingredients.
• Put in a plastic container and freeze.
• Before serving, allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
• Add the ginger ale and serve.

PEACHY KEEN SLUSH (WITH ALCOHOL)

Steps:

• In a medium pan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes.
• Cool.
• In large non-metal container (a 1 gallon ice cream bucket works well), combine sugar-water mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps, and lemon juice.
• Cover.
• Put in freezer until frozen. (about 4 hours).
• Before serviong, stir up.
• Spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture in a glass.
• Stir in 1/4 cup ginger ale, lemon lime soda, or slice. Or to taste.

PEACHES 'N MINT JUICE

Steps:

• Juice the peaches, apple, and lime with a juice extractor. Transfer the juice to a blender with the mint leaves. Blend quickly to combine the juice and mint thoroughly.
