Peach Pie Moonshine, the perfect mason jar gift for the most important people in your life who need a stiff drink.

2, 64 ounce bottles of 100% apple peach juice
1 can of peach nectar (12 ounce can)
2 cups brown sugar
5-6 cinnamon sticks
2 whole vanilla beans (sliced open)
2, 15 ounce cans of peaches
1, 750 ml bottle of moonshine
3 cups of peach schnapps
1 cup of vanilla vodka

Steps:

  • In a large pan, combine juice, nectar, sugar, cinnamon sticks, peaches and vanilla beans. Simmer over medium low heat for one hour.
  • Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon sticks. Let cool till room temperature.
  • When cool, mix in moonshine, peach schnapps and vanilla vodka. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into mason jars. Divide peaches in each mason jar.
  • Let rest in cool dark place for 2 weeks before drinking.

1/2 gallon welch's white grape & peach juice (64 ounces total or 8 cups ready to serve juice)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
4 cinnamon sticks
1 cup peach schnapps, divided
1 cup Everclear alcohol (190 proof)
1 cup vanilla vodka (whipped cream vodka works too)

Steps:

  • In large pot put Grape Peach juice, sugar, sliced peaches, cinnamon sticks and 1/2 cup of Schnapps. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer on medium low for 30-45 minutes covered.
  • Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Add 1 cup of Everclear, 1 cup of vanilla vodka and remaining 1/2 cup of peach Schnapps.
  • Pour into mason jar with one each of the cinnamon sticks from mixture and one peach from mixture. Note: You may have to strain this through a few layers of cheese cloth a couple of times.
  • Refrigerate for at least a week to mellow.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer on medium low for 30-45 minutes covered.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Add Everclear, vanilla vodka and other 1/2 of peach Schnapps. Pour into mason jar with one of cinnamon sticks and peach slices from mixture. Refrigerate for at least a week. Drink over ice or as shots for party. Moonshine will mellow over time, so let sit for at least a week. Your patience will be rewarded.

1 gallon apple cider

1 cup brown sugar
12 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 whole cloves
1 (1 liter) bottle 151 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)
2 cups cake-flavored vodka (such as UV®)

Steps:

  • Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, vanilla extract, and cloves together in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sugars are dissolved, about 20 minutes. Remove pot from heat and cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • Stir grain alcohol and vodka into apple juice mixture. Remove cinnamon sticks and set aside. Pour moonshine into bottles; add 1 cinnamon stick per bottle and seal. Store moonshine in refrigerator.

2 6 lb cans of sliced peaches in heavy syrup, do not drain
2 64 oz bottles white grape peach juice
2 tbsp cinnamon
750 ml bottle everclear

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients but everclear into a large stockpot. Bring to a boil and stir often for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let cool completely. Add everclear. Pour into mason jars (I like to keep the peaches in- it gives more flavor and sweetness without additional sugar in the recipe.) Since it can be hard to pour peaches into a jar without spilling liquid everywhere, I usually fill only 3/4 of the jar full and spoon the peaches in after. Store in a cool, dark place for over 2 weeks to continue to develop flavor.

2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a 9" pie plate.
  • In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  • Add eggs and beat with a spoon until well mixed, then stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt and add; mix well, fold in nuts and pour into prepared pie plate.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cut in wedges and top with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
