DEBBIE'S PEACH PASTA SALAD
This is a fantastic salad recipe that I got off a family member. It is always a hit when she makes it and takes it to barbeques and I have made it three or four times and it is just as successful. The dressing is best made the day before if you can as it lets the flavours blend into one another and the taste improves. It stores in the fridge for ages.

Steps:
- Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Store in the fridge until needed.
- To make the salad, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the dressing.
- Stir to combine.
PEACH PASTA SALAD
This is a recipe that I have been making for years. It was always a favorite of my kids, and now the grandkids love it as well. Goes great at any summer barbecue. I sometimes use mangos instead of the peach. If fresh basil and thyme are available, the recipe is even better.

Steps:
- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate. When cool, crumble the bacon and set aside.
- Fill a pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Stir in the shell pasta and return to a boil; cook the pasta uncovered over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but still slightly firm, about 13 minutes.
- Rinse pasta thoroughly in cold water several times to chill, and drain well.
- Place the vinegar, sugar, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, curry powder, and black pepper into the pitcher of a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Reduce blender speed to low and slowly pour the canola oil into the blender to make a creamy dressing.
- Place the bacon, cooked pasta, peaches, parsley, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions into a large salad bowl and toss to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again to coat with dressing.
- Refrigerate salad for 1 hour before serving.

PEACH BOW TIE SALAD
This easy, yet gourmet, salad has spinach, peaches, romaine, bow tie pasta, and a poppy seed dressing. It's so delicious I could eat the entire recipe by myself! As a side salad this makes 12 to 18 servings, as a main dish salad it makes 5 to 9 servings.

PEACH SALAD
With fresh peaches everywhere I look - I re-discovered this old favorite. We love this as a fruit salad when grilling during hot summer days. Simple and easy! Cook time is actually chill time and is approximate.

- Cut up peaches into bite size chunks. You can leave skin on if you like.
- Cut up bananas into bite size chunks.
- Drain pineapple, set drained juice aside.
- Gently toss fruit to mix.
- In separate bowl, mix together reserved pineapple juice and pudding mix. Stirring well until smooth.
- Pour mixture over fruit and chill until ready to serve.
- Toss lightly to coat fruit and serve.
- *Note - Any leftovers will become runny after first serving but it does not alter the taste.

PASTA SALAD WITH PEACH
This is an Italian pasta salad recipe which is quite popular as a side for bbq or to take to a picnic.

- 1. Cook pasta al dente, drain and let cool
- 2. Half or quarter the tomatoes and chop the radishes
- 3. Cube the peaches
- 4. Dice the feta chese
- 5. Slice the pitted olives
- 6. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard, stir or shake until creamy
- 7. Combine pasta and chopped vegetables, feta and peach, season with salt and pepper to taste, toss with the dressing, then tear the basil leaves and add.
- 8. Serve either at room temperature or chilled.
