Steps:
- Heat the reserved oil from the tuna in a very large saucepan. Tip in the tomatoes plus 200ml water and simmer while you cook the pasta, following pack instructions. Add the broccoli for the final 3 mins, then drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
- Heat the grill. Stir the soft cheese into the tomato sauce until melted, then mix with the pasta, broccoli and drained tuna, along with a little of the reserved cooking water if the sauce looks a bit thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Tip into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle on the cheddar and crumbs. Grill, not too close to the heat, for about 4-6 mins until golden and bubbling. Serve with a big side salad, if you like.

TUNA BACON CASSEROLE
This recipe has evolved over the years from a basic tuna casserole to something that MUST be shared. Because...bacon. :)

Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta (I prefer egg noodles or spiral pasta) to Al Dente and drain.
- 2. Saute Celery & onion in butter or olive oil 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Place pasta in greased casserole dish. Pour mixture over top and.
- very gently stir into pasta until mixed well.
- 4. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- 5. Spread bacon bits, shredded cheese, and french fried onions on top. Cook an additional 5 minutes, uncovered.
- ** I usually cook this in a deep 9 x 9 casserole dish. If using something larger, you probably want to change the initial bake time to 20 minutes (or less - until it's bubbly).

PASTA WITH TUNA, BACON, AND BROCCOLI
I know how this sounds, but it is actually a really great combination. You can change it up by adding chicken, shrimp or scallops. I also like sauted mushrooms in it. It's great for left over spaghetti noodles when you're tired of plain old marinara.

TUNA & BACON PASTA FINA
This is a recipe that I have been making for years. It's always a favorite. You can tweak the ingredients to your own tastes if you so choose. My brother likes to add minced onions to the saute. It's quick, it's easy & tastes great!
