Ingredients

1 shot citrus vodka
1 shot white cranberry juice
1 shot passion fruit juice
1/2 shot orange liqueur
1 tablespoon cherry juice
Orange peel twist, for garnish

Steps:

Combine all ingredients except orange peel twist in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange peel twist.

This easy passion fruit cocktail is bursting with zingy flavours and is perfect for celebrating with friends. Top with prosecco for a special tipple

Ingredients

2 ripe passion fruits (they should have a crinkly appearance), halved
60ml vanilla vodka
30ml passoa
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup
prosecco , to serve

Steps:

Scoop the seeds from one of the passion fruits into the glass of a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, passoa, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add a handful of ice and shake well, strain into 2 martini glasses, top up with prosecco, then add half a passion fruit to each. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

50ml vodka
25ml lychee liqueur
25ml lychee syrup , plus 1 lychee (from a can)
2 tsp dry vermouth
ice
rose petal (optional)

Steps:

Pour the vodka, liqueur, syrup and vermouth into a large glass or jug. Fill up with ice then stir with a bar spoon until the outside of the container feels very cold. Strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lychee on a cocktail stick and a red or pink rose petal resting on top.
