Nov 5, 2023 I spent like 12 bucks on a wedge of parmesan and it tastes like ass. It says it's parmigiano reggiano from Italy and the only ingredients are cow's milk, salt, and rennet, but it tastes like fake processed cheese. It also has a softer, more waxy texture than good parmesan. To me, good parmesan is usually drier and more crumbly with little crystals inside. Please help. Share Add a Comment Sort ...
