GARLIC-PARMESAN PRETZELS

Steps:
- Place pretzels in a large microwave-safe bowl; set aside.
- Combine butter and garlic powder in a one-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30-45 seconds, until butter is melted. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle butter mixture over pretzels; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese, mix again.
- Place pretzels in the microwave. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes. Stir 1-2 times during cooking. Cool.
- Store in an air-tight container.

- Heat your oven to 200F. Line a baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the parmesan and seasonings. Slowly mix in the oil to form a paste. Add the pretzels and mix them well until they're coated them with the spice mixture.
- Spread the pretzels onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool.

Transfer to a separate bowl and toss with 1/4 cup grated parmesan and 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Add olive oil to skillet. Heat over medium-heat.
- Slice chicken breasts in half to make 4 thin fillets.
- Crush pretzels in a bag. NOTE: Pretzels must be finely crushed to avoid burning.
- Add parmesan cheese to crushed pretzels. Shake bag to mix.
- Whisk 2 eggs in a shallow bowl.
- Add Italian dressing and lemon juice to eggs.
- Coat chicken in egg mixture then put in bag and shake to coat.
- Add chicken to skillet and cook 3 minutes each side or until coating is browned.
- Place chicken in a foil lined baking dish and place in oven for 20-30 minutes.

PARMESAN HERB SEASONING

Steps:
- Place ingredients in small bowl and blend with whisk.
- Place mix into 1 small thin sandwich bag.
- Tie mix into corner of bag with ribbon.
- Copy and attach the instructions below:
- Makes 1/2 cup.
- Parmesan Herb Crescent Rolls:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough, unbaked
- 1 packet seasoning mix
- Open a can of refrigerated crescent rolls - unroll dough.
- Sprinkle dough evenly with seasoning from packet before shaping into crescents.
- Bake as directed on crescent roll package.
- Parmesan Herb Monkey Bread:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits, unbaked (8 count)
- 1 packet seasoning mix
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- Cut biscuits into quarters and place in large bowl.
- Add seasoning mix to melted butter and stir well.
- Pour butter over biscuits and toss to coat very well.
- Place biscuit pieces in medium loaf pan (4 1/2 x 8 1/4")
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Parmesan Herb Salad Dressing:
- Place 1/2 cup good quality olive oil into a jar.
- Add 1/4 cup cider vinegar.
- Add seasonings mix from packet.
- Place lid on jar and shake until blended.
- Serve over green salad.
- Makes 3/4 cup salad dressing.
PARTY PRETZELS
I am a teacher and several years ago I got a package of these as a holiday gift from a student. These are super easy to make and any time I take them somewhere everyone BEGS for the recipe! I make a giant batch at the holidays and put them in cute bags or boxes as gifts. I keep the supplies on hand so I can whip them up to take whenever I need to bring an appetizer to a party! Guaranteed to become a favorite!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- In small bowl, mix together oil, dressing mix, garlic power and cayenne pepper. Use a wire whisk or fork to mix throughly.
- Dump pretzels out on a large baking sheet that has a raised edge. Spread pretzels into a single layer.
- Drizzle oil mix over pretzels. Toss the pretzels with hands to be sure all are coated.
- Bake in 200 degree oven for 90 minutes. Stir with spatula every 30 minutes.
