Number Of Ingredients 12

6 large portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup butter (or a half a cube)
1/2 cup lump crabmeat
1/2 cup shrimp (cut into small pieces)
2 medium garlic cloves, Minced
1/2 cup onion (Chopped into small pieces)

  • Place the Stuffed Mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and add about a cup of water or enough to cover the bottom of the dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 tablespoons butter
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 cups onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, plus
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

1 cup vegetable stock (or 1 cup no-chicken stock)

5 to 10 strands saffron
2 cups white wine

1 3/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan and pecorino Romano, mixed
1 cup heavy cream
4 to 6 (1/8-inch thick) mozzarella slices
