Start your day right with these delicious Triple Berry Overnight Oats! They are super easy to make and are packed with delicious flavor, nutrients and fiber. Plus they take no time to prepare and breakfast is ready for you to just grab and go the next day!

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet stevia
1 Tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients (except for the berries) together the night before serving.
  • Place in jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, add sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Serve and enjoy!

  • Layer Greek yogurt, chia seeds and mixed fruit and berries.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
