1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • Place the cornstarch into a bowl; whisk the liquid mixture into it.
  • Set aside, but keep the whisk handy, as you will need to whisk the sauce again just before you use it.
  • Add this sauce to a wok, full of vegetables, meat, or seafood about 2/3 of the way through cooking.
  • Stir well to ensure a thorough coating.

3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 ounces fresh pea pods
3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 lb imitation crabmeat

Steps:

  • Combine in a bowl water, lemon, soy, sugar, cornstarch.
  • In a wok over medium heat stir fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes Remove and add soy mixture.
  • Cook until slightly thickened.
  • Add vegetables and crab and heat through.
  • Serve over napa cabbage, angel hair pasta or rice noodles.

1 ¾ cups Swanson® Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound fresh or thawed frozen medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (see Note)
½ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Stir the cornstarch, stock, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they're cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet.
  • Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet. Add the vegetables, ginger and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Stir the cornstarch mixture in the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve over the rice.

2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked
2 tsp. oil
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
6 oz. pea pods, cut into strips
1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber s
1 carrot, shredded
5 radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; set aside for later use. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
  • Drain pasta. Add to shrimp mixture along with the dressing mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with nuts.

1 lb raw shrimp
1 ½ tablespoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
scallion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Place shrimp in a sealable bag or medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix marinade ingredients.
  • Pour half of the marinade on the shrimp. Save the other half for later.
  • Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a medium pan, heat oil. Add shrimp to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook shrimp on one side for about a minute, then flip over.
  • Pour in remaining marinade and cook until shrimp is cooked through and just firm. Remove the shrimp from the pan and let the marinade reduce.
  • Serve the shrimp with sauce and garnish with green onion.
  • Enjoy!
