CREAMY MANDARIN ORANGE JELL-O SALAD

Steps:
- Drain oranges, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved orange juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in oranges. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving to serve.

Steps:
- Open the Cool Whip (works better if it's soft not frozen), cottage cheese and Orange Jello
- Pour contents into a bowl.
- Mix well by hand.
- Drop in peeled mandarin orange slices and mix in.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to set up (recommended, but not necessary if you're in a hurry). Enjoy! Easily double recipe by just adding twice as much.

- Make jello according to package directions minus 1/4 cup water.
- add pineapple pour in 9x13 glass pan.
- Put in fridge til set.
- Next mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
- Spread over Jello Put back in fridge.
- Mix sugar and flour-add eggs lemon juice and 1 cup pineapple juice.
- Cook til thickened, COOL spread over Cool Whip layer.
- Store in fridge.

- Combine jello and pineapple in saucepan. Heat until mixture simmers.
- Add cream cheese and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Add sugar and baby food, mix by hand.

It may be true only in my memory, but orange jello with carrots and pineapple was a staple with our meals, almost as much as a green lettuce salad is in other households. The addition of cream cheese and marshmallows makes this the company deluxe version.

- Heat jello, hot water, cream cheese and marshmallows in pan until dissolved, then remove from stove.
- Add pineapple and carrots.
- Cool off, then chill in 8 X 8 pan.

ORANGE JELLO SALAD

- Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

Steps:
- Boil water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add undrained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set.
- Add Velveeta Cheese and nuts, mix well. Add enough whipped topping to make it look peachy. Refrigerate until well set.
