POTATOES AU GRATIN
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an 8 by 8-inch baking dish, arrange a fourth of the potatoes, season to taste with salt and pepper and pour a fourth of the cream over all. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cream, forming 4 layers. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cream has been absorbed and the potatoes are browned. Remove from the oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
GOOEY SWEET POTATOES
These are good i came up with them tonight. They are thick fluffy and kinda gooey. I think they are pretty good but when i was making them I was going to put them in the oven, but the oven went out. So i made it this way and they are pretty good.

- Put the potatoes in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.

- Oven to 350 degrees Mix sour cream, 2 c cheese, soup, and green onions in large bowl. Add hash browns and mix thoroughly. Mix the remaining 1/2 c cheese with corn flakes. Reserve for later. Cover and bake potatoes 350⁰ for 30-35 min until potatoes are well done. Cover top with corn flake/cheese mixture and bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are bubbling and top has browned.
OOEY GOOEY COOKIES
My daughter's favorite. I do not remember where I got this recipe but have been making them for years and they are always well received. One tip: when rolling the cookies into balls, coat your hands lightly with butter to keep the batter from sticking to you. Enjoy.
