2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta (9 oz)
2 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat oil in deep 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken, bacon, 1/4 cup of the onion and the garlic in oil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add pasta and chicken broth; heat to boiling. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and the cheese. Continue cooking 1 minute to melt cheese.
  • Serve topped with remaining 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce drizzled over top, and cilantro.

Steps:

  • Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Move chicken to edge of skillet.
  • Add vegetables, Macaroni, Cheese Sauce Mix, water and 1/2 cup cheddar to center of skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring macaroni mixture occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Remove chicken from skillet. Stir macaroni mixture; spread to evenly cover bottom of skillet. Top with chicken and remaining cheddar; cover. Let stand 5 min.

1 large yellow onion (sliced)
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2" bite sized pieces)
6 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 pound dry linguine
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
32 ounces (4 cups) reduced sodium chicken stock
8 ounces (1 cup) chardonnay wine
4 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • Combine 1/2 of the spinach with the tomatoes, onion, chicken, garlic, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper in a 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Pour chicken stock and wine over top. Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Cook 7-9 minutes until pasta is al dente (with a bite to it). Toss pasta with tongs occasionally to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot. You will still have some liquid in the pan when the pasta is done cooking. This is going to make the base for our delicious cheese sauce.
  • Turn off the heat and add the cheese to the pasta. Toss pasta with tongs until the cheese melts into the pasta. Toss in remaining spinach.

2 TBS olive oil
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 red pepper ((diced))
3 cloves garlic ((minced))
2 boneless skinless chicken breast ((cut into bite size))
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups penne noodles
3/4 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt ((to taste))
1/2 tsp pepper ((to taste))
4 oz light cream cheese ((room temperature))

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat add 2 TBS olive oil.
  • Add the onion and saute for a few minutes until transparent, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the red pepper and saute for a minute or two, stirring 1 or 2 times.
  • Add the minced garlic and saute until lightly golden.
  • Add the chicken pieces and brown. Turning to brown on each side but don't cook the chicken thoroughly (that will happen while cooking the penne).
  • Add the chicken broth and then the penne noodles.
  • Add all the spices and stir in.
  • Bring to a boil and cook until penne is al dente (follow the instructions on the packaging). Stirring occasionally, put the lid on if necessary to not let it dry out.
  • Once the penne is al dente, lower the temperature and then add the Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Stir until all is mixed in and it makes a creamy sauce.
  • Finally add 1 cup of the Sargento Chef Blend shreeded 6 Cheese Italian, stir in and let melt.

Steps:

  • Set Instant Pot to Saute Less for 7 minutes.
  • Add a dab of margarine or butter to the pot.
  • Add the lean ground beef to pot.
  • Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
  • Once the Instant Pot turns off add the chicken broth and water to the pot.
  • Add the egg noodles to the pot and gently spread them out until they are submerged in the liquid.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top, followed by the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Do not stir.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.

1 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 oz can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie cooked chicken
8.5 oz can of corn and peas mix, about 1 cup
1/2 cup milk
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Pour the whole box of pasta into a large skillet, at least 12 inches in diameter.
  • Add cold water and chicken broth.
  • Turn the heat to high and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  • After most of the water has been absorbed (about nine minutes) add cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, shredded chicken, corn and peas, milk, cream cheese, garlic salt, and onion powder.

24 ounces mixed frozen vegetables

Steps:

  • Put oil in the bottom of the dutch oven and heat over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until the chicken is browned. It's ok if it isn't cooked all the way through yet.
  • Add the onion and garlic powder, continue to cook and stir occasionally until the onion is translucent. It should just take a couple of minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken stock, being sure to scrape up any bits on the bottom of the pan as you add the stock. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in the pasta and continue to boil for 7-8 minutes. When the stock is mostly absorbed, drop the heat to medium low.

Steps:

  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Sprinkle in the flour then cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes (it will be thick); don't let flour stick to the bottom of the pot or it will burn later. You can add additional oil if needed.
  • Add chicken back to the pot along with chicken broth, bouillon, all seasonings, ½ teaspoon salt, and bay leaves. Cover the soup and bring to a simmer over high heat, then reduce and simmer, covered, for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is tender enough to shred, stirring occasionally so the bottom doesn't burn and replacing the lid.
  • Remove tender chicken to a cutting board and shred when cool enough to handle. Meanwhile, whisk cornstarch with half and half until smooth in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup then stir into the pot. Add the noodles and bring to a boil; simmer until noodles are al dente, approximately 5 minutes (don't overcook noodles!).
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan until smooth followed by shredded chicken. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Stir in additional broth or half and half if desired for a less "chunky" soup.

1½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 cups French fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350*. Generously spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.
  • Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the half-and-half until smooth.
  • Add in the shredded chicken, egg noodles, corn, shredded cheese, onion, bacon, kosher salt, and cracked pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the casserole into the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle the French fried onions over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
