OREO BROWNIES
WOW! After scarfing about 5 of these, I knew I had to share the wealth!!! If reading this recipe makes your mouth water, wait until you sink your teeth into one--I hope you enjoy them as much as my family and I do:)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Have ready a greased or non-stick 13x9-inch baking pan.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Remove pan from heat; cool 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla, and eggs; beat until light.
- Add the chocolate mixture, flour, and salt; blend well, but do not overmix.
- Gently stir in the Oreos.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-38 minutes--DO NOT OVERBAKE!
- Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.

This is the only "regular brownie" recipe I use anymore. It is from the Baker's chocolate box. My favorite is to frost these with almond-flavored buttercream icing tinted pale pink! Yum! Chocolate and cherries!

- In a microwave glass bowl, microwave chocolate until it is melted.
- Stir in all other ingredients.
- Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
- Bake at 325* for 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Do not overbake!
- Frost if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium sized bowl, add melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix well with a whisk.
- Add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition to incorporate.
- Mix in oil and vanilla extract.
- In intervals, slowly add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt until batter is well mixed, smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stir in chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
- Add brownie batter to baking non-stick sprayed 8x8-inch baking pan and top with additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out just barely clean. Don't over-bake.
- Remove brownies and cool on cooling rack. Cut and serve.
