Steps:
- HEAT oil in a sauté pan. Add onion and sauté 2 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper; do not brown garlic. Sauté 1 minute. Add shrimp, cook 1-2 minutes.
- ADD butter, wine, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly & shrimp turn from opaque to pink.
- PLACE cooked, drained pasta on large platter. Evenly distribute shrimp and sauce over pasta and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Wash shrimp and set aside.
- In frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, salt to taste, crushed red pepper and the tomatoes, if desired.
- Saute' until garlic is just about golden. (This is how the directions are printed.).
- So, if adding the tomatoes -- I would after garlic turns golden.
- Add shrimp. Reduce heat and cook until shrimp turn pink. Place shrimp in serving dish and drizzle remaining oil mixture over them. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Preparing the lobster:
- Boil water in pot large enough to hold the lobsters.
- Drop lobsters in pot and boil for 3 minutes. When finished cooking, remove lobsters from pot.
- Twist off the two front claws where they join the body.
- Using the back of a knife, crack the claws open and remove meat from tail and body and cut in half lengthwise.
- Season lobster with Old Bay, thyme and crushed red pepper.
- Preparing the sauce:
- Heat olive oil in large pot. Saute onions over medium heat until translucent, approximately 4 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute another minute, add wine and sherry, salt and pepper.
- Add lobster. Bring to boil, cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove lobster meat from sauce and set aside, cook another 4 minutes.
- Add cream and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Strain sauce and add liquid back to the pan. Add spinach and tomatoes and butter and bring to a boil.
- Add lobster to reheat.
- Preparing Lobster Spaghetti entree: Partly coat pasta with sauce, transfer to large bowl (or individual dishes), top with lobster and remaining sauce.

Steps:
- SIMMER: chicken broth on low heat until needed.
- HEAT: oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook for 3 minutes, or until translucent.
- Stir in rice and cook for 1 minute, then add white wine.
- Add ½ of broth and stir until completely absorbed.
- Repeat until 4 cups of broth have been added.
- Stir the risotto frequently to prevent sticking.
- ADD: asparagus and shrimp to the remaining broth and cook for about 2 minutes, or until shrimp is pink.
- Remove asaparagus and shrimp from the broth and then add them to the risotto mixture.
- Add ½ cup of the broth at a time until desired creaminess is reached (there may be broth left over).
- Once the broth is absorbed, add butter, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes and parsley.

Steps:
- Combine olive oil and garlic and steep about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degreed F.
- Split loaf of bread lengthwise, then in half to form 4 sections.
- Set bread, cut side up, on baking sheet and spread with garlic infused oil. Rub cloves directly on bread and leave pieces on the bread.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake for 4 - 5 minutes until bread is golden and crispy. Remove large pieces of garlic.
- Season bread lightly with salt.

- Cook the fettuccine in salted water with the butter until not quite al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cooked fettuccine and drained shrimp. Stir gently, over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through and dish has a creamy consistency. It may seem thin at this point but just wait. It will thicken up.
- Serve at once.
