Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. I grew up eating this. I came from a family of 8 kids and one dish easy meals were a time saver.. It tastes great too!

1 lb ground beef
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans
6 cups simply potatoes instant mashed potatoes, prepared
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • brown ground beef and drain. season with salt. In the bottom of square pan combine ground beef, tomato soup, and green beans. layer mashed potatoes over the top and cover with grated cheddar cheese. bake at 350 for 1 hr or sides are bubbling.

Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. This spiced up version of an old classic is quick and easy and can also be made with ground turkey or chicken depending on your family preference.

24 ounces Simply Potatoes Garlic Mashed Potatoes
1 lb ground sirloin
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (15 ounce) can mexicorn, drained (Corn with red or green peppers added)
1 (10 ounce) can campbells nacho cheese soup

Steps:

  • Brown the ground sirloin, add the packaged taco seasoning mix and cook according to directions.
  • Place the meat into an 8x8" casserole dish and spread the Mexicorn evenly on top.
  • Next spread on the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and top with the Nacho Cheese Soup.

3 cups Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
2 (15 ounce) cans cut green beans
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • brown ground beef in skillet.
  • combine browned beef with soup and green beans and place in baking dish.
  • layer potatoes on top of beef/bean mixture.
  • bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
  • top with shredded cheese and melt in oven before serving.

Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. Easy and quick to prepare! I usually scramble the hamburg and drain and then put in a freezer bag and freeze. When you come home from work and need a hearty dinner it only takes minutes to put together. The hamburg is already cooked and the Simply Potatoes are ready in 2 mins!

2 lbs hamburger (I use 85% lean)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes (I use garlick mashed)

Steps:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Scramble hamburg in a frying pan, drain grease return to pan.
  • Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup heat to combine with hamburg.
  • Transfer to a casserole dish (I use an 8" x 8").
  • Next sprinkle 1 cup of shredded sheddar cheese over top.
  • Drain water out of corn and add layer of corn over the cheese.
  • Heat Simply Potatoes for 2 mins in microwave, then stir up good till fluffy.
  • Spread over top of corn layer.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven about 15-20 mins, just till the top peaks of potatoes start to lightly brown.
