OLD BAY MARINATED AND GRILLED SHRIMP
These shrimp marinate for only 30 minutes in a flavorful mix of lemon juice, garlic and the powerhouse spice blend, Old Bay seafood seasoning. Don't be tempted to let them sit in the sauce any longer than that because the lemon juice will start to cook the shrimp and make them tough. Serve with some boiled or roasted potatoes for a grill-lover's version of a shrimp boil.

Steps:
- Juice half of the lemon and add the juice to a medium glass bowl. Finely grate the garlic and add to the bowl along with the Old Bay seasoning, olive oil and shrimp. Toss to combine.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the remaining lemon half into wedges and reserve for serving.
- Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and put on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. In batches, cook the shrimp until lightly charred in spots on both sides and just cooked through, about 3 minutes total. Remove from the heat and transfer to a large plate.
- Serve the shrimp with the reserved lemon wedges and hot sauce.
CROSTINI WITH SMOKED WHITEFISH

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush the baguette slices on both sides with olive oil and spread out on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with the seed mixture. Bake until lightly browned and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, with a rubber spatula, mix the flaked whitefish, creme fraiche and dill in a small bowl.
- Top each crostini with a spoonful of the whitefish salad and garnish with 2 caperberry halves.
CREAMY SHRIMP CROSTINI

- Preheat broiler. Lightly brush 1 side of each baguette slice with oil. Arrange on 2 baking sheets. Broil until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
- Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl to blend. Mix in shrimp, green onions, dill and lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Store toasts in airtight container at room temperature. Cover shrimp mixture and chill.)
- Spread 1 tablespoon shrimp mixture atop each toast. Arrange crostini on baking sheets; broil until shrimp mixture begins to brown, about 2 minutes. Top with parsley.
