HIGH-FIBER LOW-FAT OATMEAL CAKES
I am training for a marathon, so I am very big on energy-type bars, but my college-studentness keeps my budget at a minimum. These are high in fiber and low in fat, so they are a perfect substitute for my Power Bars! (These are sort of hard to form into patties, so you may have to add more milk. I'm not much of a cook, so improvements are probably needed!)

OATMEAL DRIED FRUIT COOKIES
These are the best oatmeal cookies I've ever had! Very buttery and very hearty. Any dried fruit works well such as cherries, raisins, cranberries, blueberries, or chopped apricots. For a really decadent treat, use chocolate chips and nuts instead of fruit.

OATMEAL FRUIT COOKIES (LOW FAT)
Recently in the mood to make oatmeal cookies and was pleasantly surprised to find a recipe that used reduced fat margarine or butter. Adapted to suit my tastes, this cookie is soft and moist. For a crisper cookie bake at 325 degrees. Just know they won't stay crispy for more than a day, if they last that long.
