This is another Recipe for your Nuwave/Flavorwave ovens. Add Pre cooked Pizza Shrimp for a great pizza.

1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 1/2 cups olives, chopped
1/2 cup goat cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
14 ounces pizza crusts (Store bought)
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup shrimp
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Steps:

  • Using your Nuwave/Flavorwave oven -
  • Spread Barbeque sauce onto store bought pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle on goat cheese.
  • Add shrimp, chopped olives and red onions.
  • Top with shredded cheese of your choice.
  • Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning on top of pizza.
  • Bake on Hi heat for 10 - 13 minutes or until brown and cooked though.
  • Enjoy.

Childhood memories of my Mom in the kitchen come to mind with this recipe. This is a creamy comfort food it makes me feel like a little girl again. This works great in your Nuwave/Flavorwave oven. I looked at my Mom's rice pudding recipes and I made a twist on it. Your house will spell wonderful and everyone will come running wondering what you are making! My roommate begs me to make this for her and her kids. I have been asked to make this dessert for Christmas. My roommate thought this would go over well with her family. So, if you keep sweetened condensed milk on hand and rice you are already there! Note, I like using Jasmine rice, it seems to be more creamy.

1 cup white rice or 1 cup brown rice
2 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 -2 banana
1/2 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cook up rice using regular directions and then set aside.
  • Mix Rice, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and banana. Mix well. Check to see if this is to your liking, add more vanilla or cinnamon depending on what you like.
  • In large flan pan (fluted white round pan/glass - Looks like a flan pan) Or two square pans (cooked separately). Cook 30 minutes on HI or until set.

1 (2 1/2 lb) porterhouse steaks (2-inch-thick)
1 teaspoon salt, plus additional for sprinkling (preferably sea salt)
1 tablespoon olive oil, for drizzling

Steps:

  • Accompaniment: lemon wedges.
  • Pat steaks dry and rub all over with 1 teaspoon salt.
  • To cook steaks use 4" grill.
  • On HI, bake for about 9 minutes per side (on HI) .
  • To serve steaks:.
  • Transfer steaks to a cutting board and let stand, uncovered, 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to at least 135°F while steaks stand.)
  • Cut each section of meat off bone, then slice each piece crosswise against the grain and arrange slices on a platter.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt and drizzle with oil.
  • Makes 4 servings.

12 ounces Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1/4 olive, sliced

Steps:

  • Press crescent rolls together to fill the bottom of the liner pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle finely cut vegetables on top: Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots, fresh mushrooms, green peppers or any other vegetables you like. Cut into small squares and serve.

2 slices rye bread
1 ounce thinly sliced corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry
1 slice swiss cheese or 1 slice gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon thousand island dressing

Steps:

  • Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side, place corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Spread with dressing. Top with second slice of bread, buttered side up.

3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
4 teaspoons prepared Chinese hot mustard or 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 (7 -8 ounce) salmon steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in medium bowl; whisk to blend.
  • Transfer 1 tablespoon glaze to small bowl; mix in rice vinegar and set aside.
  • Brush 1 side of salmon steaks generously with half of glaze in medium bowl.
  • Place salmon steaks, glazed side down, onto 4" rack.

1 (16 ounce) can green beans
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (may substitute 1 small can biscuits)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef, drain.
  • Add green beans, onions and tomato soup. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Pour mixture in a 2 quart baking dish, spoon mashed potatoes to top and top with cheese - bake in Nuwave for 18 minutes.
  • You may substitute mash potatoes with a can of biscuits - separate biscuits - cut in quarters place on top of burger mixture and sprinkle with cheese , bake for 17 to 19 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are brown.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.

This is a tried an true family recipe. You never have left overs when you make this one! It is warm and conforting, with out all the work. One of my top recipes, easy! People will think you spent all day making this. Make a great presenation. You can add 2 slices of cheese to each breast. However, I lighten it up with one slice. Still has good flavor.

4 chicken breasts (frozen)
11 ounces chicken soup (1 can)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pinch poultry seasoning
3 cups seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup water
4 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • In a baking pan: place chicken & add slice of cheese to each breast.
  • In seperate bowl combine chicken soup and 1/4 water. Place soup mixture on top of chicken and cheese.
  • Then crunch up stuffing into small bits, add to chicken.
  • The last step is to add the butter over the top (drizzle). This way the stuffing gets moist and crunchy. (cover with foil for the first 15-20 minutes. Remove the last 10 - 15 minutes so top will cook.
  • Bake on HI for 30-35 minutes.

1/3 cup oil-cured green olives, chopped pitted
1/3 cup oil-cured black olive, chopped pitted (such as Kalamata)
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, from jars, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, minced fresh
2 anchovy fillets, minced
2 teaspoons capers, drained
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 large garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • 4 6-ounce swordfish steaks (about 3/4 inch thick).
  • Combine all olives, roasted peppers, parsley, minced anchovies, capers, vinegar and garlic in small bowl.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let stand 1 hour. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
  • Serve at room temperature. ).
  • Place swordfish steaks on a 4" rack. Brush swordfish on both sides with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake on HI just until fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to platter.
  • Spoon olive relish over swordfish and serve.
