These cookies are so named because it's what you'll be saying while eating these wonderful treats... Nom, Nom, Nom! Serve with a tall glass of cold milk. These keep in a covered container a long time, but no worries, they will go nom, nom, nom fast!

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup COCOA KRISPIES® cereal

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and oil with sugars, and vanilla.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat again until smooth.
Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture.
Fold in pecans, oats, and cereal.
Spray cookie sheets lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Take a teaspoon of dough and roll it in your palms, then flatten down.
Place the cookies 1" apart on sheets.
Bake cookies for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool to room temperature on wire racks.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup flaked coconut
1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, almonds, wheat germ, and coconut together in a bowl.
Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook and stir cocoa mixture until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour cocoa mixture over oat mixture; stir to coat.
Drop oat mixture, about 1 tablespoon per cookie, onto the prepared baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator until set, 20 to 30 minutes.

Arrange the oven rack in the middle position and preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Switch to a silicone spatula or wooden spoon and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until a sticky dough holds together.
Scoop a tablespoon of the dough, and roll it into a round ball and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the dough, placing each ball about 2 inches apart.
Use your fingers to smush the cookies until they are about ½-inch tall. (If you prefer a softer cookie, you can skip the smushing.)
