NO-BAKE POWER BITES
Delicious and filling snacks my friend Danielle told me about. I cannot get enough of these! Nothing processed and jam-packed with nutrition. I took these on a 5-hour flight and they kept me satisfied. Also my mom is on a no-processed-food cancer diet and these are a life-saver for the days she doesn't feel well enough to juice and cook! Store bites in the refrigerator or freezer.

NO BAKE ENERGY BITES
We love these tasty little treats at our house. I first discovered them on a food blog called "Smashed Peas & Carrots." My five year old calls them "Cookie Dough Balls" and he is the envy of all his classmates when he packs them for lunch. They're a great, healthy way to take the edge off your hunger. I'm sure they would freeze very well, but they never last that long--very yummy!

NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES
This is a healthy take on the traditional no bake cookies. So good and good for you! I am always asked for this recipe every time I make them. They are a hit with the kids and the adults, and always go quick! I store them in the freezer because I think they taste best frozen, but not necessary.

- Add the rolled oats, ground flax or chia seed to a medium sized mixing bowl. If you’re making one of the flavors besides the base recipe, add any spices, (like cinnamon) at this time.
- From here you can portion out the 5-ingredient version, or choose a flavor and add the ingredients listed mixing well.
- Use a cookie scoop, (I used a #40 which is about 4 teaspoons) or tablespoons from your silverware drawer to portion these out. The different flavors vary slightly, but you will generally have 18-22.
