1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
½ cup strawberry preserves

Steps:

  • Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Beat in the whipped topping until well mixed.
  • Spread about half of the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Spread the strawberry preserves in an even layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top the preserves with the remaining half of the cream cheese filling.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temperature, any cream cheese will also do)
500 g salted cheese crackers (or any other cheese flavor crackers)
500 g sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fresh milk
2 cups nestles nestum cereal or 2 cups oatmeal

Steps:

  • Soak the salted cheese crackers with fresh milk. This is to reduce the saltiness of the crackers.
  • Using a electronic mixer, mix together sweetened condensed milk and cheese.
  • a)Arrange 2-3 layers salted cheese crackers that has been soaked with fresh milk onto any baking pan. Then, layer it with the cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture, till it covers the crackers. Sprinkle Nestum cereal / oatmeal onto it.
  • b) Repeat the process above to form a layer cheesecake.
  • Chill until firm.

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
½ (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)

Steps:

  • Blend pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar, and pie spice together in a bowl. Pour some of mixture into the pie crust until it is 2/3 full.
  • Stir whipped topping into the remaining pumpkin mixture. Pour into the pie crust, over the first layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.

  • In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Beat again. Add the whipped topping and mix until combined.
  • Pour half of the cheesecake filling into the bottom of a prepared chocolate crust. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar to the remaining cheesecake filling. Beat with hand mixer until combined. Spread evenly over the vanilla cheesecake layer.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks. Spread or pipe whipped cream onto the top of the chocolate cheesecake layer. Use a vegetable peeler to cut chocolate shavings from a candy bar over the top of the whipped cream layer. REFRIGERATE 4-6 hours or overnight to set completely.
