This recipe was featured on the "Nigella" show.This is a great alternative to those horrid powedered drinks. A perfect Summer drink. Nigella apparently likes hers with a little vodka.

Steps:
- Cut lemon into 8 wedges.
- Put the lemon, sugar, raspberries and water into a blender for preference, or a food processor, and blitz until the lemon is pureed.
- Sieve the pink lemonade into a jug, and then pour into tumblers filled with ice.

- Add lemon rind & juice.
- TO SERVE:.
- Combine cold water, lemon mixture & ice in a large pitcher.

- If desired, garnish each serving with a sprig of fresh mint &/or a cherry.
