Ingredients

2 cups raspberries
1 cup sugar
8 bags hibiscus tea
1 bunch fresh basil (about 10 leaves), a few leaves reserved for garnish
Juice of 2 limes
Raspberry Ice, recipe follows
36 raspberries

Steps:

Bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add the raspberries, sugar, tea bags and basil. Turn off the heat and steep 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and let cool, then combine with the lime juice in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Serve in Raspberry Ice-filled glasses, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Add 3 raspberries to each ice cube slot in an ice-cube tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid, 6 to 8 hours.

This delicious peach iced tea tastes eerily similar to a famous Italian chain restaurant's peach tea. Serve tea over ice and garnish with peach slices, if desired.

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
2 slices fresh peach, or more to taste
6 cups water
3 tea bags

Steps:

Mix 1 cup water, sugar, and peach slices together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, crushing peach slices as you stir, until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat, cover, and allow peaches to infuse syrup, about 30 minutes. Strain to remove peach slices.
Bring 6 cups remaining water to a boil in a separate pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep for about 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags from the pot, pour in peach syrup, and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

4 cups boiling water
1/3-1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tea bags
1 -1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Steps:

Crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.
Let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.
Mix in peach nectar.
Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
