Steps:
- With clean hands, mix all ingredients together, except barbecue sauce, in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to a 5x9 loaf pan, or rimmed baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. After about 35 minutes of baking, top loaf with barbecue sauce and return to oven to finish baking
JAMIE'S MACHO NACHO MEATLOAF
Trying to make a meatloaf tonight and tired of the same old meatloaf and thought I would use Paul Deens recipe but I put a spin on it and came up with my own.

- 1. IN ONE LARGE MIXING BOWL I MIXED THE BEEF AND SUASGAE THEN MADE A WELL ADDED IN THE BEATEN EGGS. MIXED WELL TOGETHER.
- 2. ADDED IN ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIXED WELL. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN 375 DEGREES
- 3. I SPRAYED TWO LAOF PAN WITH PAM, 9 X 5, THEN FORMED THE MEAT LOAF AND PLACED IN PANS AND POURED SOME ENCHILIDA SAUCE ON TOP THEN CUT TWO SLICES OF BACON INTO 4 PIECES AND PLACED ON TOP.
- 4. BAKED IN CENTER OF OVEN FOR APPX. 1HR AND 25 MIN ON 375 DEGREES, BUT BE SURE TO CHECK THAT YOU DO NOT OVER COOK SEEING ALL OVENS ARE DIFFERNT AND I DID USE CENTER OF THE OVEN TO BAKE MINE.
- 5. WHEN I SERVED THE MEATLOAF I DRIZZED SOME MORE ENCHILDA SAUCE ON TOP OF SLICE AND SERVED WITH A MEXICAN MAC AND CHEESE DISH BUT YOU COULD SERVE WITH RICE AND BEANS.

what if doritos and meatloaf are combined,so i create this first meatloaf recipe with a taste of doritos.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Add 1/2 cup crushed doritos chips;mix well.
- 2. Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add sliced onions and saute for 6 minutes or until are tender.
- 3. Add 1/2 cup crushed doritos chips and crushed red pepper flakes in a large ziplock bag.Transfer sauteed onions into a bag of doritos mixture,seal it and shake it.Set aside.
- 4. In a large bowl,combine ground beef,egg whites,steak seasoning,1/2 cup crushed doritos chips,cheese sauce,doritos-onion mixture and shredded cheese;mix together. until blended.
- 5. Press meat mixture into a prepared loaf pan.Sprinkle remaining crushed doritos chips on top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
MEXICAN TACO MEATLOAF
This is so good! so much different then the traditional meatloaf recipes.

- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients (except doritos, hamburger and the EXTRA cheese and salsa). Add hamburger. Mix well. Add doritos until it has the consistency of regular meatloaf. ( you may add more or less doritos as desired texture) Place meatloaf mixture in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or so until done. Add the extra salsa and then the cheese on top. Return to the oven just until the cheese melts. (5 minutes) Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, salsa, and sour cream if desired.

- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, jalapenos, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper; cook, stirring, until onion is very soft, about 6 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Slowly add cream and beer; cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add both cheeses and tomatoes; cook, stirring, until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper; serve immediately with nachos.

- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the bbq sauce. Gently mix all ingredients with your hands until evenly distributed.
- Bake for 35 minutes and remove from oven. Add bbq sauce evenly to the top of the meatloaf. Place the meatloaf back into the oven and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure meatloaf is cooked to 160°F.
