Steps:
- In a large pot over medium-low heat or a slow cooker, combine the simple syrup, star anise, cinnamon sticks, brandy, orange juice, orange, lemon, lime, and red wine.
- Stir well, cover, and simmer over low heat for at least 20 minutes, until warmed through.
- Ladle the sangria into mugs and garnish with lime wedges.
- Enjoy!

- Combine wine, juice, brandy and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat and heat until the sugar has melted. Add the orange and lemon slices and let simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in heat resistant glasses.

This is a delicious holiday mulled wine recipe. It is my most requested holiday recipe among friends and is a recipe even those who don't normally drink wine will enjoy. I serve this mulled wine in a silver & glass coffee carafe with warmer and heat resistant punch cups.

Steps:
- In a large"non-aluminum" pot over medium heat bring cranberries, hibiscus tea, orange juice, merlot, sugar, mulling spices and orange slices to a simmer.
- Reduce to low and warm for roughly 30 minutes before serving.
- Transfer to a silver/glass coffee carafe and serve each cup with a cinnamon stick garnish.

- Combine the wine, pomegranate juice, brandy, sugar, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves and orange zest in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Remove from the heat and let the flavors meld for 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, return the mixture to low heat, bring to a simmer, then add the apple, pear and pomegranate seeds. Serve in heatproof glass mugs.

- In a pot, pour 1 bottle of red wine, 1 cup apple cider and ¼ cup of honey. Add 3 cinnamon sticks and 1 tsp. of cloves in a tea egg (or wrapped in cheese cloth and tied with baker’s string). Place a lid on top and simmer on very low heat for 20 minutes. Never allow it to boil.
- While the wine simmers with the cider, spices and honey, slice 1 green apple, 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 lime.
- When finished, pour mulled wine into a jug or container with sliced fruit, ½ cup of blackberries and ½ cup cranberries. Add ¼ cup of brandy, stir gently and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until cold.
