Montanas Spinach Dip Food

COPYCAT KELSEYS' 4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in. Add the spinach and mix on low. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese and cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Remove the dish from the oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.

SPINACH DIP WITH PITA TOASTS

Steps:

• For the dip: Drain spinach and press out as much water as possible.
• Combine the spinach, jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and half and half in a medium bowl and mix well.
• Spoon into a buttered baking dish and bake at 400º for 20 to 25 minutes.
• Serve with pita toasts.
• For pita toasts:.
• Combine the butter, lemon pepper and cumin in a shallow dish and mix well.
• Slit each pita bread round in half so you have 2 rounds.
• Cut each round into triangles (using a pizza cutter makes this very easy).
• Dip each piece into butter mixture and place on a cookie and put under the broiler until crisp.

MONTANA'S SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish and bake for 10 min at 350 to melt the cheeses and heat through.

4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Mix first 4 ingredients with hand or stand mixer on medium until softened and well mixed.
• Add next two ingredients and mix on med-low until just incorporated.
• Add spinach and mix on low until just incorporated.
• Transfer mixture to a small ovenproof dish and sprinkling cayenne on top to taste. Top with cheddar. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
• Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 - 7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges and tortilla chips.
