Steps:
- Peel the peaches, cut them into slices, and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until all the peaches are evenly coated.
- Spread the peaches into an 8-10 inch oiled baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, salt, and flour.
- Cut the softened butter into small cubes and add it to the oat mixture. The texture should be crumbly. Sprinkle the oat crumble evenly over the peaches.
- Bake the peach crisp at 375°F for 40 minutes or until the top is crispy and golden. Serve while hot and enjoy!

- 1. Butter an 8 inch square pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Place sliced peaches in pan. Sprinkle crumbly mixture over peaches. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
EASY PEACH CRISP II
My family actually calls this peach cobbler but the crispy shortbread-type crust makes it a crisp. Very good with ice cream or sprinkled with pecans before baking.

- Place the peaches in the bottom of the baking dish, and sprinkle them with almond extract.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
