Moms Christmas Wine Jello Food

MOM'S CHRISTMAS JELLO BALLS

Steps:

• Add the thick cream to a mixing bowl, along with the Jello powder. Stir well to combine.
• Add 1 1/2 cups of the desiccated coconut to the mixture and stir to combine.
• Roll the mixture into 1 tablespoon-sized balls. Roll the balls into the remaining coconut to coat.
• Place balls onto baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours.

MOM'S CHRISTMAS WINE JELLO

Steps:

• Mix them and let them gel.
• I haven't made this in ages, but I remember mom used to have that cheap sweet wine and this was soooo wonderful.
• We'd serve it with whipped cream after a huge Christmas dinner.
• The one day in time is just so it jells.
• Overnite is fine.

CHRISTMAS MINT JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Melt mints in boiling water; add dry jello and crushed pineapple.
• Chill till set.
• Mix well.
• Add marshmallows and fold in Cool Whip.
• Put in square or oblong Pyrex dish and freeze.
• When ready to serve, set it out 30 minutes ahead of time.
• Keep frozen.

CHRISTMAS JELLO

Steps:

• Prepare lime gelatin as directed on package. Chill until slightly thickened.
• Fold in pineapple; pour into an 8-inch square pyrex bowl. Chill until firm. Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
• Add nuts. Spread over molded gelatin layer. Chill until firm.
• Prepare strawberry gleatin as directed on package. Chill till slightly set.
• Pour over cheese mixture; chill until firm.
