Mocha Coffee Gift Mix Food

MOCHA

Steps:

• Make around 35ml espresso using a coffee machine and pour into the base of your cup. Add the drinking chocolate and mix well until smooth.
• Steam the milk with the steamer attachment so that it has around 4-6cm of foam on top. Hold the jug so that the spout is about 3-4cm above the cup and pour the milk in steadily. As the volume within the cup increases, bring the jug as close to the surface of the drink as possible whilst aiming into the centre. Once the milk jug is almost touching the surface of the coffee, tilt to speed up the rate of pour. As you accelerate, the milk will hit the back of the cup and start naturally folding in on itself to create a pattern on the top.

HOT MOCHA DRINK MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk powder, creamer, cocoa and instant coffee. Mix together until well blended. Store in a sealed container.
• To serve, Heat a cup of water per serving (or milk, for a creamier taste.) Stir in 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mixture.

INSTANT MOCHA COFFEE MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Take all the ingredients for coffee mix in a blender and powder till fine. Store in a air tight container.
• When making coffee, take 3 tblsp of mix in a cup and add 1 cup of water. Mix well and serve.

MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, mix together instant coffee, milk powder, chocolate drink mix, confectioners' sugar and powdered creamer. Store in an airtight container.
• To serve, place 4 tablespoons of mixture into a coffee mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.

CAFE MOCHA

Steps:

• In a coffee mug, drizzle in the chocolate syrup, white chocolate liqueur and 1 dollop of the whipped cream, then pour over the hot coffee. Carefully stir the mixture until well blended. Garnish with the other dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

HOMEMADE MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
• Store in an airtight container.
• For an individual cup, put 1/4 cup of the mix in a 10-12 oz mug with hot water.

Steps:

• First three ingredients are for Basic coffee mix.
• sugar, non dairy creamer, instant coffee granules.
• For Mocha.then you add 2 tsps baking cocoa.

• Viennese Coffee:.
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
• COMBINE COFFEE MIX INGREDIENTS.Store in an airtight container.
• To prepare, combine mix with 8 cups of boiling water or use 2 tbls mix per cup., stir until dissolved.
• To prepare any of the flavored coffee -- add the additional ingredients to the basic mix before adding the water.You might want to make this up in your desired flavor choice.

HOMEMADE SWISS MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• Prepare the coffee mix. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until powder consistency.
• To make swiss mocha coffee: In a mug, combine 2 tablespoons of coffee mix with 6-ounces of water.

CAFE MOCHA IN A JAR

Steps:

• Place instant coffee granules in a food processor and process into a fine powder.
• Stir ground instant coffee, milk powder, cocoa mix, creamer, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Keep in an airtight container.

CINNAMON MOCHA DRINK MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until well mixed and powdery.
• Store in an airtight container. Drink mix should keep for at least a month in the pantry.
• To prepare the drink, combine 4 tablespoons drink mix with 8 oz hot water and stir to dissolve.

• Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
• Store in tightly covered container.
• To serve combine 3 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend.

Steps:

• In a blender or food processor, combine the creamer, sugar, coffee granules and cocoa. Cover and process until fine. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. Yield: 8 servings (2 cups total)., To prepare mocha coffee: Place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients and then mix well.
• Store in an airtight container.
• To make one serving: Add 4-6 teaspoons mix to one cup boiling water.
• Stir until disolved.
• Yields 3 cups mix (24-36 servings).

Steps:

• Pour hot coffee into a mug. Stir in cocoa, sugar and milk.

PEPPERMINT MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• Run the peppermints through a food processor and get them nice and fine
• Mix remaining ingredients with the peppermints
• Store in an airtight container
• When serving put 2-3 heaping Tablespoon in a mug and add hot water, stir well and allow the peppermints to melt
• Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate if desired

MOCHA FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a large plastic ziploc bag; mix well.
• Store in a an airtight container.
• To make 1 cup, add 4 teas. mixture to 1 cup boiling water.

HOW TO MAKE A RED VELVET MOCHA LATTE

Steps:

• In a cup, combine Waka instant coffee, cocoa powder and hot water.
• In a saucepan, combine milk and vanilla syrup until heated.
• Add in food coloring and stir.
• Pour the milk mixture into the cup of mocha mixture.
• Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

MOCHA COFFEE GIFT MIX

Steps:

• Grind coffee granules in a coffee grinder or food processor until it breaks down into a fine powder. Stir together with remaining ingredients. For giving as a gift, spoon into three 8-ounce jelly jars and seal. Attach the following instructions to the jar:
• Mocha Coffee. Add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.

THE PERFECT MOCHA COFFEE

Steps:

• Mix the cocoa powder and sugar in a cup that holds around 250ml/9fl oz. Pour the coffee into the cocoa mixture and stir until the cocoa and sugar dissolve.
• Pour the milk into an electric milk frother, if you have one, and begin frothing. Alternatively, pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring regularly - do not allow to simmer or boil. Use a hand-held milk frother or a silicone whisk to whisk until frothy.
• Slowly pour the milk onto the coffee, starting by holding the cup at a slight angle, towards the milk. Finish by topping with the foam. Serve immediately, stirring well before drinking.
