1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 package (14 ounces) caramels
3 tablespoons water
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup plain M&M's
3 ounces white candy coating

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats. , Press into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a microwave, melt caramels with water; stir until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with the chips, nuts and M&M's. Gently press into the caramel mixture. Melt candy coating; drizzle over the top. Let stand until set, 5 minutes. Cut into bars.

No flour needed to make these delicious M & M Oatmeal Cookie Bars! With pantry ingredients like oats, peanut butter, sugar, chocolate chips and M & M's, this naturally gluten-free dessert will become a family favorite.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky will work, it's up to you!)
3 large eggs
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats (make sure they are gluten-free, if desired)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups mini M&M's candies
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Generously spray a large 12 x 18 inch rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, both sugars, and peanut butter until creamy.
  • Add in eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Add in oats and baking soda, mix well again.
  • Fold in M & M's and chocolate chips, using a large wooden spoon or spatula to make sure that they are fully incorporated into the dough.
  • Place the dough on the prepared pan and press dough out to the edges of the pan (using either your hands or a spatula - if you use your hands, spray them first with non-stick cooking spray to help the dough from sticking to your hands as you spread it).
  • Bake bars for 18-20 minutes, making sure to not overcook. Let bars cool for about an hour for easy cutting.

1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for buttering the dish
14 chocolate graham crackers
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
One 10-ounce bag mint chocolate chips
1 cup cocktail peanuts, coarsely chopped
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup red and green candy-coated chocolates, such as M&M's
1/2 cup coarsely chopped candy canes
1/4 cup red and green sprinkles

Steps:

  • Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on both sides. Butter the foil.
  • Pulse the graham crackers into fine crumbs in a food processor. Add the melted butter and pulse to combine (the mixture should hold together when squeezed). Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it into the bottom in an even layer, using the bottom of a measuring cup to help. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crumbs. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, peanuts, marshmallows, M&M's, candy canes and sprinkles over the condensed milk.
  • Bake until the sides are golden brown and begin to pull away from the baking dish, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely, about 1 hour. Using the foil liner as handles, lift the bars out of the baking dish; remove the foil. Cut into 24 bars.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vanilla or white chips
1-3/4 cups plain M&M's, divided

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Bear in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chips and 1 cup of M&M's. , Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan; spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with the remaining M&M's. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. ⅔ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
1 egg
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups rolled oats

½ teaspoon salt
1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla until well blended. Combine the oats, flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the candy-coated chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light golden brown.

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup coconut
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup M&M'
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, coconut, baking soda, and salt; add melted butter and stir until moist (the mixture will be crumbly). Reserve 1 1/2 cups and press remaining crumbs into a greased 13X9-inch baking pan (I line the pan with non-stick foil.).
  • Bake 12 minutes at 375°F.
  • Combine milk and peanut butter; carefully spread over baked crust. Sprinkle on M&M's and chocolate chips. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over chocolate pieces and lightly press crumbs down.
  • Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
