MISSISSIPPI MUD POTATOES
These potatoes are packed with flavor!! With just the right amount of cheese and bacon, this is the perfect side dish for any meal!

Steps:
- In a 9 x 13 baking pan, combine the potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion.
- Add in the mayonnaise and stir until coated.
- Place pan in preheated oven, 325 degrees, and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven and serve!

I have made this dish for many years and everyone always raves about it. It's simple, easy and can be made the day or night before.

- 1. Toss potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, diced cheese and onion. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and frozen.
