Miracle Whip Ranch Potato Salad With Bacon Food

" I HATE MIRACLE WHIP, BUT I LOVE THIS POTATO SALAD THAT'S

I have had people who swear they hate Miracle Whip eat an ENTIRE PLATE of this potato salad. It's my mom's recipe, and you can try it with regular Mayo, but I won't stand by the results because it's so good with the Whip that I've never tried it any other way!

Ingredients

5 -6 large potatoes, cut into chunks
1 bunch celery, cleaned and chopped
2 medium white onions, diced
6 -8 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 cups Miracle Whip
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
salt

Steps:

Boil potatoes until tender but not mushy, set aside to cool.
For dressing: mix all ingredients in a bowl. Any and all of the ingredients can (and should) be adjusted to your taste as my dressing never turns out the same way twice depending on whether I'm in the mood for sweet, peppery, salty, etc.
Mix potatoes, celery, onion, egg, and dressing in a bowl and chill.

10 red potatoes, skin on
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
8 slices bacon
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let potatoes cool 10 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, and ranch dressing mix together in a bowl. Set aside.

4 pieces white potato bread butter
2 scant tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Steps:

Place eggs in a medium saucepan, cover by with cold water by 1 inch or from your fingertip to first knuckle. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, cover with id and let sit for 10 minutes. Cool with cold water and ice cubes for 5 minutes. Crack and peel eggs under cold running water. Set aside.
In a bowl mash eggs finely. Add mayonnaise, mustard and salt and stir to combine.
