INDIVIDUAL PEACH CRISPS

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 large peaches (, pealed and sliced, about 12 oz)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar, plus more for peaches
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter (2 oz), melted

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Make the crumble topping by combining the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and in a medium bowl, mixing with a with a fork to combine.
  • Pour in the melted butter and stir with a fork to combine with the dry ingredients, being sure not to over mix so you maintain large clumps of crumble.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the sliced peaches with the brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  • Distribute the peaches into individual 1/2 cup ramekins.
  • Add crumble on top.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden.
  • Let cool and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Made these this morning had to get rid of three peaches they turned out rather well not too hard to do and as you can see I only have 3 left somebody ate one. Stuff doesn't last long around here.

3 medium fresh peachs
I/4 c sugar
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
TOPPING
1/4 c oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter (sliced)

Steps:

  • 1. Put the sliced peaches in a small Bowl mix the flour and sugar pour over the peaches at the almond flavoring and mix well. Put mixture into ramekins.
  • 2. In a small bowl mixed together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and sliced butter. What's pastry cutter cut butter into mixture tell the size of peas baking a 350 degree oven for a round 25 to 30 minutes or until tops are light brown and Peach mixture is bubbly.

My mom and I would often make this yummy and easy peach crisp using her home-canned peaches when I was little.

4 cups sliced fresh peaches
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup cold butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange peaches evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into peaches.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
