Steps:
- Combine Jack, Swiss and Parmesan cheeses in a mixing bowl.
- Drain artichokes and dice into small pieces. Wash and cut spinach into 1-inch pieces and add to cheese mix.
- In a separate mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, alfredo sauce, garlic and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the cheese mix and stir until well mixed.
- Drain sun-dried tomatoes of any oil or liquid and dice into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- Heat cold dip mixture over medium heat in non-stick frying pan until hot and cheese is completely melted. Transfer to serving dish and serve with tortilla chips and sliced bread.

Steps:
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, the 1/2 cup mozzarella mustard, and pepper.
- Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach leaves and onion.
- Transfer mixture to a 1 quart casserole. Cover and chill for 3 to 24 hours
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or till heated through.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes or till cheese melts.

I fell in love with TGIFriday's dip and came up with this blend when I got home. I'm sure this isn't their exact recipe, but I love it just as much!

Steps:
- Chop artichoke hearts and combine with spinach, sauce, and 2/3 of cheese in a microwave-safe baking dish.
- Cook on high power about 4-6 minutes, (heated through well), depending on your microwave.
- Stir mixture and add remaining cheese to top and cook about 2-3 minutes longer, until hot and bubbly.
- Add chopped tomato to top and serve with celery, sliced crusty baguette, tortilla chips, or whatever you prefer.

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Found this in a TOH magazine. This is a recipe that I enjoy because of the nice balance of flavors but also because it doesn't have mayo. Easy to throw together and is great with warm baguette slices.

Steps:
- Microwave spinach according to package directions, drain and squeeze dry; set aside.
- In medium size bowl microwave onion and butter 2-3 minutes until tender.
- In large mixing bowl blend cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in the spinach, artichoke, onion, montery jack, mozzerella, swiss, cayenne and black pepper.
- Transfer dip to a 9 inch microwave safe pie dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers, sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
