MILLION DOLLAR BACON
Also known as Millionaire's Bacon or Candied Bacon, this super thick cut bacon in a sweet-heat candy shell is the ultimate indulgence for brunch, holiday gathering or as the star of your next charcuterie board.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Place a wire rack in a baking sheet. If you don't have one, line the baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
- Lay the XXL Maple Sugar Bacon Steaks on to the rack or foil lined baking sheet so they are not touching.
- Apply a generous layer of Candied Bacon Rub over the surface of each XXL Bacon Steak.
- Transfer to oven and bake until spice mixture is melted and bubbling, and the steaks are brown at the edges, approximately 20-25 mins.
- Remove from the oven.
- If you can stand the anticipation, let cool a few minutes before devouring.

AMAZING CANDIED BACON RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet pan with a silicone liner, parchment paper or foil. Lay the uncooked bacon sliced onto the pan. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cracked black pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the bacon slices, fully coating all of the slices. Using your hands, gently pat the sugar down onto the slices of bacon.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Check at 30 minutes and if it isn't as crisp as you'd like, put it back in for the full 40.Carefully transfer the bacon from the baking sheet pan to a cooling rack and let cool for another 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Sprinkle mixture all over bacon and pat down.
- Spray air fryer with olive oil, then add bacon and fry for 8 minutes, checking halfway through at 4 minutes to see if any of the bacon needs any rearranging to crisp up.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Place the almonds in a dry, small skillet over medium-low heat. Toast them until golden brown and toasted, shaking the pan, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the pan, set aside and cool to room temperature.
- Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add the three types of cheeses and stir again until well combined. Add the bacon, toasted almond slivers, 3/4 of the sliced green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir together with a rubber spatula until evenly combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve with crackers and corn chips.

- Toast almonds in a saucepan over medium heat until lightly golden.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy and evenly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly before chopping into bits.
- Combine mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss in bacon, green onions, almonds, and cayenne. Stir with a spatula until combined. Wrap and chill in the fridge at least 1 hour before transferring to a serving bowl.

Steps:
- Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water.
- Transfer to stovetop over high heat until water begins to boil.
- Boil for one minute, cover with lid, and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 17 minutes and then drain and transfer to an ice bath.
- Peel eggs and set aside.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, butter, mustards, pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Use a fork to mash well.
- Spoon filling into each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika and bacon (if using) and serve.
- If desired, top with a small slice of sweet gherkin pickle.
