Steps:
- Pour the milk into a medium saucepan, add the cinnamon sticks and stir frequently over a medium heat (don't let it boil) until the milk is fragrant, about 5 mins.
- Remove and discard the cinnamon sticks, then add the cocoa, vanilla, chilli powder and sugar. Remove from the heat and whisk until the mixture is smooth and frothy - this will only take a couple of minutes. Divide between two mugs and garnish with fresh cinnamon sticks.

Steps:
- Mix honey and 2 Tbsp. boiling water in a quart-size jar. Stir to dissolve honey; let cool. Stir in mezcal, orange liqueur, bitters, and 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. water. Seal and freeze at least 2 hours and up to 2 weeks.
- To serve, turn jar gently to mix. Place ice in a rocks glass and pour in cocktail. Squeeze oils from orange twist over, rub peel around rim of glass, then garnish glass with peel.

- Make a small slice in the centre of a wedge of lime and run it around the rim of a heatproof mug. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small saucer or wide and shallow bowl. Dip rim of heatproof mug in the cinnamon sugar mix until rim is well-covered.
- Add water a small saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil. Add 6 tbsp of Mayan drinking chocolate. Reduce heat to a simmer and whisk until thick and smooth.
- Add milk to liquid chocolate and whisk until milk and chocolate are combined and milk is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add 1 oz of mezcal to prepared heatproof mug, pour in hot chocolate, garnish with cinnamon stick and marshmallows, as desired. Enjoy!
