STUFFED PASTA SHELLS FOR MEAT-LOVERS
These are quite possible the best you can make! I came up with this recipe to satisfy my carnivorous family and incorporate my love for Italian food. These have a ton of meat, but still a nice amount of the traditional ricotta cheese and spinach. These can also be great appetizer, due to the large amount the recipe yields.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and drain. Return to pan.Saute onions and garlic in pan with cooked meat for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Boil salted water to cook the pasta shells according to package al dente style. Strain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, parmasan, and 2/3 package of shredded mozzarella. Add italian seasoning, garlic pepper, eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Mix in meat and spinach.
- In a large baking dish, pour enough sauce to cover the bottom of the pan lightly. Fill each shell with large rounded tablespoons of meat and cheese mixture, and place in pan. Be sure to closely place the shells together so they don't get hard while baking.
- *If there are too many shells for one pan, make a secong and store tightly covered in freezer until later use.
- Pour remaining sauce evenly over all of the shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes. Take foil off pan, and bake additional 10 minutes.
MEAT STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS
I found this recipe on the back of the San Giorgio jumbo shells box. I've tried a lot of other stuffed shells recipes but I always come back to this one. My hubby loves it and asks for this as his special birthday meal every year. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook to al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, egg, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, a large pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Fold to combine; set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp and brown, about 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate and reserve.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon into large chunks, until brown, about 5 minutes. Remove half the sausage from the skillet with a slotted spoon to a plate and reserve.
- Add the ground beef and onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is brown and the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add the marinara sauce and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer while you stuff the shells.
- Divide the ricotta filling among the shells. Arrange the shells filling-side up in the skillet on top of the sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella, the pepperoni and reserved sausage and bacon. Bake until the cheese is melted and the toppings are browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, oregano and red pepper flakes before serving.
JUMBO SHELLS STUFFED WITH CHEESE WITH MEAT
A really yummy way to make jumbo shells stuffed with cheese taste. It makes a large amount but could be cut in half. I think it is something you could be sure people would like and be really different. I found the basic on the back of the Barilla noodles box but fixed it up some as it would have seemed bland, so I made this and we love it.

BASIC MEAT FILLED STUFFED SHELLS- OAMC
Basic meat filled stuffed shells recipe taken from the side of the box of shells and adapted for OAMC. A bit intense (and messy) on the preparation side but a it's a real time saver to make a double batch and be able to pull them from the freezer whenever you want them.
